How do I enrol my child?

What is the price?

iXCEL offers competitive pricing for both Premium and Regular tutoring sessions across all curriculums. With special discounts available, we ensure that our personalized educational services are accessible to everyone, regardless of budget.

How does my child join a lesson on iXCEL?

Scheduled lessons appear on the students Calendar on the iXCEL platform. This system calendar can be synced to your personal calendar on any device. Reminder emails are also sent from the system with a link to the lesson classroom. The student can click into their class from any device and location.

What does the iXCEL platform look like and how will my child use it?

Please check the iXCEL platform here. Each student has a unique login which will enable them to access their dashboard, calendar, reports, documents and lessons.

Will the tutor I get be an expert in my child's chosen curriculum?

At iXCEL, our tutors for both Premium and Regular sessions are subject matter experts with a wealth of experience across various curriculums, including British, American, IB, and more. Our approach is centered on matching your child with the tutor who best aligns with their learning style, ensuring a personalized and effective educational journey.

Are iXCEL tuitions available on the weekdays or weekends?

We schedule lessons on both weekdays and weekends, to ensure that all our students have access to flexible learning.

Will my child have the same tutor in the long term?

We try our best to ensure that your child has the same tutor throughout their enrolment at iXCEL.

How can my child share their homework or questions they need help with, with their iXCEL tutor?

Your child can upload pictures of their homework and any other type of document, onto the Documents tab of their iXCEL dashboard (Link). Students can also download resource material shared by the Tutor, using this same feature.

Will I receive feedback on my child's progress?

Yes, we send feedback from your child’s tutor. The tutor will provide brief feedback after every lesson. Additionally the tutor will also provide comprehensive feedback at the end of the 10 hour bundle.

What if my child's tutor misses their lesson?

Tutors, like students, must give notice 24 hours in advance if they need to reschedule or miss a lesson. Please review the detailed Lesson Terms and
conditions here.

How do I make a payment?

You can pay via bank transfer or just as easily using a debit/credit card when you click on the link sent with your invoice. Please remember to reference your invoice number when you pay.

When do I need to pay?

iXCEL payments need to be made in advance. Once you make a payment, credit will be added to your account for the hours purchased and an iXCEL consultant will book your lessons.

Who should I contact if I experience a technical issue before, during or after class?

Can I give you feedback about my child’s tutor?

Yes, you can provide feedback about your child’s tutor after every lesson, via email.

When does my credit expire?

You must use up all your credit in 45 days.
