Only one to one Lessons may be rescheduled without charge; subject to a minimum notice period of 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson start time.
One-to-one lessons:
Lesson Cancellation less than 24 hours - 100% of the lesson duration will be charged
Lesson Rescheduling less than 24 hours - 100% lesson duration will be charged (Available dates and times for rescheduled lesson should be provided at time of reschedule request.)
Lesson Missed/No show – There is an allowance for only one missed lesson. After this 100% of the lesson duration will be charged. The missed lesson, single credit can be carried forward and used at the end of the package.
Group Lessons
Group Lessonscannot be cancelled or rescheduled.

Credit balances are transferable to siblings only and applicable for only the 10-hour Premium package.

Package T&C's
All lessons need to be paid for in advance.
We offer bundles of 5 hours and 10 hours.
Bundle hours need to be used within 45 days from start of lessons.
One to one lessons have flexible scheduling and are scheduled as per students convenience and tutors availability.
Group lessons will be scheduled by iXCEL keeping all group members requirements in mind.
Teacher feedback for the 10-hour package will be more comprehensive than for the 5-hour package.
Parents can pay by bank transfer or just as easily by debit/credit card via the iXCEL platform 'Payment' tab.
All bank transfers must contain students name/invoice ref.
Only one promotion or special offer can be used per package.
Once you have bought a bundle the iXCEL consultant will schedule your lessons,
The lesson schedule will be displayed in your calendar on the iXCEL platform. This calendar can be synced with your personal calendar. An email reminder will also be sent to you with the link to access the lesson.
Lessons can be accessed from any device and any location. All that is needed is a reliable internet connection.
